Our Church began a renewed focus on The Bible this year. In Sunday School (9am) we'll be learning and memorizing key Bible passages. During our Sunday Morning Adult Forum (9am), Wednesday afternoon Bible Studies (1pm) and our Wednesday evening offerings (6:30pm), we will be using The Book of Faith as a way to begin the converasion and guide us in the ways of Bible Study. One goal is that Lutherans become familiar with the attitudes and assumptions, tools and methods that Lutherans use to read the Bible. It is our hope that through use of these Lutheran methods of reading The Bible we will be led to the even greater point of the Book of Faith initiative declared by the ELCA.

Join us as we engage more deeply in the Lutheran way and practice of reading The Bible, so that you may know God's love, hear God's voice, develop a deep and passionate relationship with Jesus and then live out that love in the world.

Good Sam Fund Concert

The Good Samaritan Fund supports members and non-members with emergency financial needs. On Saturday, November 1 at 7:00 PM Calvary will present various musical offerings featured during Offertory over the summer by Calvary musicians, all in one evening event. An offering will be given in support of the Good Sam Fund. Please plan to join us! For more informtaion, contact the Church Office.
